Outbound webhook delivered after a successful POST /v1/customers.
POSTs this envelope to your registered HTTPS URL after a successful customer create. Authenticate with HMAC (X-CurbWaste-Signature), not a Bearer API key.

data is the same customer profile as REST. Respond 2xx quickly; retries use envelope id for idempotency.
