Outbound webhook delivered after a successful PATCH /v1/customers/.
POSTs this envelope to your registered HTTPS URL after a successful customer update. Authenticate with HMAC (X-CurbWaste-Signature), not a Bearer API key.

data is the full customer profile after the update. Respond 2xx quickly; retries use envelope id for idempotency.
